I went to the desk to ask questions about what screws and anchors were best for my application. She told me what she knew and then she suggested I ask the fellow with the blue shirt on who is in one of the aisles if I wanted information on something because she told me he would know more about it than she did and he would be the one to talk to. So I went into an aisle, and he was helping a customer, so I just waited until they were finished. Then, the customer care fellow approached me asking me if I needed some help? I told him yes, and he brought me right to aisle #1, where the screws and anchors are and told me what he uses. I was very impressed, and I got the help to get the supplies best suited for my job. And I was on my way within 15 minutes from when I first walked in the door. When I go to a store, I like to get what I am looking for and be on my way. I also appreciate it very much when I receive help and advice to help me get the best product for my particular needs.
