Everything you get from Rona is dollar store quality . I have bought a coupe for my chickens costing 600, and I was very disappointed. Then I just bought a BBQ and sadly I could have found better quality at Walmart.
Don't waste your money unless you know exactly what you need. They will definitely rip you off

Excellent hardware store. The store looks small but has amazing deals on lumber and the garden center opens late spring. The customer service is top-notch.

Very poor service here. I spoke with a gentleman here and after spending thousands of dollars here in building material they told me they would not charge me for delivery as I have done lots of business with them. Today I was told that they would be charging me $30.00 for delivery. I should mention my home is LESS then a kilometer away from the store. This is robbery. They have lost all of my future business. Home Hardware in Espanola Charged me $20.00 for delivery and they are 30km from my house! Shop at the Espanola Home Hardware.

Excellent service, we needed brick fascia quickly and Rona Massey was the closest place to us in that could order and have it available for pick up within a few days. Also at a reasonable cost, half of what it would have been locally, even with the fuel cost to drive out and pick it up. Thank you!
