I am giving this five-star review specifically because of the manager, Jack, and the exceptional customer service he provided.
My mom and I had an issue regarding a grass cutter I had ordered online. Unfortunately, the item appeared to have been previously used by another customer and then returned. When we went back to the store to address the issue, the front desk staff was not very helpful.
However, manager Jack was above and beyond exceptional with his service. He truly understands what professionalism, customer care, and management responsibilities are. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience, explained the refund process clearly, and handled everything smoothly and respectfully.
He took the time to properly listen to our concerns, explain the procedures, and make sure the situation was resolved without any issues. His calm, respectful, and professional attitude completely changed our experience.
Thank you again, Jack, for your outstanding service and professionalism.

Amazing experience at Bevben! The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They even helped me load the wood into my car without any hesitation. It was my first time visiting, and honestly the customer service impressed me a lot. Friendly people, great service, and a very positive experience overall. Friendly group of staff at this location. They are helpful and offer multiple options when you're looking for something and inexperienced like i am! They are sweet with my little toddlers I have in tow each time. The Santa pop up and Valentines kiddo workshop were both awesome experiences for my littles! Appreciate having this hardware shop near us.
