The employees have no knowledge of the construction field... the store management seems to leave much to be desired.

The store is completely incapable of absorbing the cost of its mistakes. The customer pays for the incompetence of some employees. A satisfied customer is a returning customer. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.
