Nice staff, great little plumbing and hardware section so you don't have to drive into town for that $5 part. They also mix and sell paint. The freshly made popcorn is also a highlight

Ordered something. Was told they had 12 in stock at the warehouse and it would take 2 to 3 weeks. I was ok with the 2 to 3 weeks. The reason for the 2 stars is week 3 I called to check the status. They politely told me not yet and would call when it arrived. Week 4 I called again. I was told i would have to talk to the gentleman that took care of orders but he was not in. They told me he would be in the next morning until noon. The following day I stopped in the store around 10:30 but was told the gentleman was not present and again no one could advise the status of the order. Week 5 again I call and get the same response that I would have to speak to Valmont and again he was unavailable. Now I do understand sometimes orders fall through the cracks but the lack of a single phone call or any customer service or follow up is disheartening. I guess I will take my $600 plus tax and order online. Small business owners keep saying to support local which i try to do but with zero customer service they are making it so easy for large corporations like Amazon and Walmart to dominate the market.
