Its not like they need more positive reviews but I feel obliged to say very happy with their service. From, Nick who came diagnosed issue and communicated very effectively what needs to be done as well as all potential issues.
Plus other guys who showed up did their best to keep my stuff clean from dust and left also cleaning up after themselves. Solid work.

Everything (from the very first phone call to make the appointment, all the way until the very last step of making payment) was very easy.
A phone call and message from a dispatcher to let me know my technician was on his way was very much appreciated.
Ashton provided the most amazing plumbing service I've ever seen. He's professional, friendly, and very thorough. Everything was explained very clearly. He answered all of my questions without judgement. There were absolutely no surprise costs(which was fantastic!). I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Ashton and the Sewer Squad!!!!

I like this Company. There to the point. Onto As well there Workers are quite personable till despite work and theres no felt tension when having them do the job. To finally they did jobs for me which other Plumbers we're scared to do due to there lack of experience regarding there veing a lot of fakers in the trades, till they proved to not only do them but as well in a fraction of the time it would of taken others regarding what we had quoted.
Till we had a burst frozen pipes problem with the full house which took just about only 2 days to do.
Thank you so much Sewer Squad and know your worker Behrouz is Gem and a great guy. Thanks again guys.

Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Unfortunate situation at the house was made as pleasant as possible with the Sewer Squad team. The communication leading to the initial visit was fantastic, the visit by Nick the technician on the first visit and future visits was very pleasant, informative and helpful. He did an excellent job explaining the situation and walking me through the entire process in an honest and trustworthy manner. Arsen and his team were great at fixing the issue, maintaining a clean working environment, respectful to our property and those in the area, excellent communication and truly efficient work. Travis from the billing team was helpful and understanding of the entire situation, willing to work with us to the best of his abilities. Great work team! Thank you all!

Had a plumbing back at basement toilet and shower. Was hoping it was the sewer clean out needing service. Nicholas quickly determined it was not. With an older house the clay pipe inside separated from the PVC drain pipe feeding it and a bunch of roots intruded. He showed me pictures of the issue and walked me through the work needed (5 feet of pipe replacement). As the toilet was removed to see the problem we saw a chance to replace the toilet. While I was getting a toilet, Nicholas managed to clear a small hole through the roots to allow for some drainage. With an estimate of costs, and deposit given, Nicholas quickly scheduled the pipe replacement work for tomorrow. I am happy. The reality is no one is ever happy when problems happen. I am glad we got the tech we did. Thank you.

I've been a contractor for 10+ years and words cannot express how amazing the service provided by Denys Vyiber was. Very punctual. He diagnosed and confirmed our drainage issues in no time. Found our problem, gave me options for repair and left me feeling very confident that we were in the best hands possible. Denys, thankyou for your professionalism and your care for detail. Bruce is a real drain hero. He’s a true professional and explained all quoted estimates and warranties. He’s got the right tools after we tried our own drill and auger before we called Sewer Squad.
Our shower drain clog was cleared and he did a complete and comprehensive home drain and toilet evaluation with some great tips. I was able to evacuate an external bib leading to the outside on my own to avoid a future frozen pipe disaster. I also learned a thing about a pipe bleeder to clear lines.
I learned about old style valves and the downsides to watch for. Bruce is great and stayed near the whole time and wore booties as well. I recommend him and Sewer Squad.
