Staff don’t know their jobs! Ordered some roof membrane and told to come on Monday after noon. Repeatedly asked if they needed my number to call when ready for pick up and repeated told just need my name and to come Monday day after noon… well… I guess recording conversations will become my go to everywhere… get there and no one knows anything … my name taken not in computer… can’t find product and we drove an hour to get item not to be there. We requested to speak to the manager and told on lunch for another ten minutes… waited half hour and then told there is no manager on duty … told there was a floor manager and waited another fifteen minutes with no one showing up. What Lo d of store are you running ? Horrible! Will never go back! Will drive to next Sudbury before going there!

A word of advice for anyone looking to ask the employees of Rona how to properly measure for a toilet, they don't know what they're talking about, it was the wrong size and then they wouldn't give me my money back. Just another reason to go somewhere else.

ordered an outdoor playset, got it delivered right to my home. came in a decent time considering what it was. built the next day, took a little time but it turned out awesome! we couldn't be happier, Esp. my little guy
