I purchased a washing machine from Rona not realizing it would not fit into my house apon delivery. Chad and Mark were very promt to fix my issue and was able to return and purchase the correct size with no hassle and still same day delivery. They went above and beyond in my opinion for customer service. I highly recommend them! Top notch

Even though our cottage laundry machine was years old and past warranty, Chad and Mark went the extra mile to get it back in working order and provided some great recommendations to prevent a reoccurrence of the problem. Our next appliance will certainly be purchased at this Rona in Verona! Thank you again.

Wow! I’m so pleased !I’d been looking a an appliance repair professional to come to our place in crow lake with no luck. Was referred to Rona and Mark came to diagnose our problem. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about both our appliances. To further my pleasure Chad and Mark promptly helped me make decisions on repair or replacement! My wife and I had a problem with our water pressure pump not reaching cut-off point so on the recommendation of a neighbour I called Rona to see if they could help. We were stuck with no water and after a couple of days of carrying water up in buckets from the lake I really wanted to get the problem fixed as I am in my seventies and not really able to do that much labour anymore. I got a call back from Mark (the service guy) and he told me he was booked up until near the end of the following week but he said if he got a chance he would come sooner, He came the very next day (this morning) and after taking a look at the pump he said he knew what the problem was and after about 20 minutes or so he had it working perfectly. My wife and I really appreciate him doing that so quickly and he has really made our lives easier. Much thanks to Mark and Rona, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service. Great job Mark!!
