I was verbally assaulted upon entering the store by the young clerk because I hadn't replaced the small rope that prevents customers from washing their hands. I explained that I hadn't replaced the rope because another customer was coming in. He yelled at me to obey his instructions and to go somewhere else if I wasn't happy. This employee speaks on behalf of Rona and tarnishes the brand. I tried calling the manager three times, but he answered, laughed, and hung up on me. I'm slightly traumatized by this aggression I experienced just to buy plaster. I'll never go back; I'm too scared.
