This company is so professional. They are fast, responsive, and so efficient. We are extremely satisfied with their service. We have utilized their service two times and both experiences have been excellent. The employees were respectful and a pleasure to deal with. I had an excellent experience with Harrison for plumbing services. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners. They were both very nice people and represented Matrix in a very professional manner. Geoff was very quick to fix my pump issue and wasted no time. Mattrix should be proud to have two great employees like this. I would definitely give any future business to Matrix and I would request Geoff going forward.

Fellows showed up at expected time. Got right to the diagnosis of the problem. Completed their overview, offered suggestions and solutions. Yeah, they were pleasant and easy to chat with. Explained everything they were doing. Good couple of fellows! We have used Matrix Mechanical many times both for our business and our home. Love these guys and will look forward to working with Matrix in the future!
