Worse customer service. Called to order a few items, ( just spent $4000 online and couldn't order the last two items, and was told to contact the store) Was transferred multiple times. I asked to order two panels, then was LAUGHED at. Jonathan, was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. My husband had previously ordered doors from the same location. All i needed to was call and give payment. I was told that they don't do orders.... after being transferred multiple times, i finally was able to make payment.

Went in to see about a hot water tank they had it actually decent price. Bought it paid for it told it would be held because I paid for it. Went to pick it up two days later as I had a truck. The very next day after I paid for it they sold it. No one wanted to tell me now they are going to get another one at their leisure. Was told Larry was supposed to to reach out to me didn’t. Told I would be texted nothing. Had a plumber coming to install it now have to cancel that going to cost me yet not worried about it at all. If they say you pay for something and it will be held yet no such luck.

Our fridge broke down on a Friday, we bought the new unit but no delivery was available till the following Tuesday. Laura the sales associate made a special request for a same day delivery and we had our fridge arrive same day! Delivery guys were friendly and more than efficient for taking out the old unit and placing the new. Great customer service.

Wow. Finally a store that uses common sense to make executive decisions to provide excellent customer service. Charles and Laura really went above and beyond to help me with something I urgently needed - --instead of being rigid. I had been trying to resolve a gift card issue with head office and it had been months of back and forth. The head office of Rona was brutally terrible. However, Charles at the Sechelt Rona, came in and solved something the online head office had been really limping around incompetently for a frustrating period of time. Thank you Charles!! Laura made the purchase easy and seemless and arranged delivery the next day.

Then the delivery guys - William and Daniel were soooo helpful and moved something over for me to help me maneuver the small space I'm working with and they really didn't have to do that. All around great experience and all 4 of these employees really didn't need to go as far as they did to provide the help they did. So the least I can do is provide a review. I wanted to give them a cash tip but just moved and didn't have the cash on hand I wanted to give them so hopefully the boss gives them a raise or buys them lunch!

Ordered gate hardware online and tried to return to store. Waited for Manager for 30 minutes because he was in a big meeting to get a signature to credit my credit card back.
Their attitude was because they are not a big box store they don’t have to take a refund item back and the assistant manager ( without signing authorization ) could’ve sent me home and waited another day, if I didn’t like waiting.

Off to North Vancouver.

Well, I guess it’s Home Depot for everything.
