I am never going to be in competition with any skilled trades people, ever. What I know about doing home improvement projects is really next to nothing. The people there took time to listen to what I was planning, and gave me detailed advice on how to get it done. With help like that, maybe in a few years I might be able to paint my own living room.

Updating my review on 2 things:
Today, October 25.2021 we had upright freezer delivered. We would like to thank Nancy at the Customer Service, Kevin at the Appliance Dept. And two delivery guys whom we do not know their name.
The service from all those individuals was OUTSTANDING!!! We are pleasantly surprised! Thank you!
My second review below, is on another matter and nothing has changed up to today. Maybe, if we bought the kitchen cupboards now, we would receive just as wonderful service as we did today.
The staff may be friendly but the available stock leaves much to be desired.
We ordered a whole new kitchen cabinets. Guess what? It's going on 3 years and I'm still waiting for the shelf that supposed to come extra (we paid for it) for the high boy cabinet. I called the store, I called the owner and...nothing happened.
It's 2019 now. I gave up. Never, EVER! Purchase cabinets from that place.
You'd be waiting weeks to get all of the parts needed to put your kitchen cupboards together .Unless you like "camping" and hopefully, it's in warm season.

I have been in the process of doing some major renovations. The staff have been extremely helpful from the order desk right through to the yard staff. On a couple of occasions items required have not been in stock, however they were quickly ordered and supplied (in about 5-7 days). I have no complaints and am looking forward to the opening of their new store which will be larger permitting them to keep larger stock quantities. One has to remember that this store is located in Elliot Lake (11,000 people) so it makes sense to me that they may periodically be unable to pull large or unique items from their stocking levels. Plan your projects in advance and I'm sure things will go smoothly.

Had a good variety of electrical components and EMT available, so we were able to make due with an alternate product since they did not have stock of the size we wanted. Parts counter staff were friendly, chatted about local stuff, and helped us retrieve the conduit from the inventory shed. Store seemed reasonably well maintained.
