We received excellent service from Ivan. He replaced our hot water tank on Saturday (a holiday weekend no less), after it failed 2 days previously on Thursday. Looks and works great! Much appreciated from Sheila and Jim.

We had a great experience with Max. He installed the pressure expansion tank and hot water tank quickly and professionally. They took the time to explain everything, answered our questions, and gave us some really helpful advice. They were friendly, personable, efficient, and their workmanship was excellent. We really appreciated their professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Carl from Super Plumber was prompt, helpful, and despite some misleading manufacturer install instructions, went the distance to figure out how to properly install our RO system, which ended up being much more of a feat than it should have been. He stayed until it worked the way it should.
He was able to accommodate the unique installation, and clearly explained everything I had to do in order to maintain it. Great service. We'd definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Isaiah for your plumbing needs. I experienced a water main break on my property. This was a significant project that required excavating a new trench from the water meter to the front of the house, drilling a new entry point into the crawl space, and installing a new PEX water service line from the meter into the home. Isaiah handled the entire job professionally and efficiently. Once the work was completed, he backfilled the trench and left the property in excellent condition. He made it a stress free experience from beginning to end which I am so grateful for!!
I thought his work was outstanding so I hired him again to install a new 80 gallon hot water tank will full code upgrades. He is professional and his workmanship is stellar. I'm not very knowledgeable about hot water tanks and Isaiah took the time to educate me. I was impressed how clean the work area was left upon completion...it was as if he wasn't there. He works efficiently as the job was completed in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again if needed.

The initial appointment details were not communicated well from the call centre to the company, resulting in an unexpected delay. However, Antoine the plumber/ tech was fabulous. He was able to quickly light the pilot light, a task that the Fortis plumber couldn’t do after a new meter installation. Antoine checked the water pressure to the hot water tank, checked the air pressure and reported that it was within a good range and a new tank was not necessary. We were happy with the outcome and the guidelines Antoine gave us as to knowing when it would be time to replace the Hot Water tank.
Great service- five stars!

We had a lovely young man (Joey F.) repair/replace and reconnect our toilet valve and feed line on a holiday Monday evening; he was professional, kind and had a great sense of humour! He explained everything very clearly and the repair was done in a timely manner. From the first phone call through the work and cleanup, I/we were treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism - qualities that are greatly appreciated by these two seniors! I would recommend them, definitely!!

I had an excellent experience with Antoine from start to finish. Antoine was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. The installation of my new hot water tank was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Antoine took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Antoine also left the workspace clean and tidy, which I really appreciate. It's not always easy to find someone reliable, but Antoine truly delivered top-notch service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Lucas called a few hours prior to appointment time, said he could come over now, which was a bonus, replaced broken expansion tank, reset pressure in PRV and fixed shower pressure that was too low. Gave an estimate for water tank and did all of this in about an hour. Very professional, pleasant and efficient. Lucas and Super Plumber will be my go to plumbers. Thanks again
