I am “wow”ed by my experience with Victoria! She is extremely knowledgeable and cares! These are some of the reasons why:
1. She is a clear communicator for even the most complex of problems
2. She took the time to sit on the phone with me while I called insurance - who does that?
3. She also noticed other problems in the house that would have to be addressed that were ticking time bombs.

The service was great. Quicker than I expected. The technicians were friendly, polite and professional. They were very focused on the job and did a great clean up. There was no mess left behind.

John and Owen, with nearly 20 years of plumbing experience, quickly identified the root cause of the water issue: roots. Unlike other contractors who charged my landlord and didn’t provide a free estimate, John responded promptly and offered a fair price comparable to the Jiffy app. Unlike others who couldn’t supply their license numbers or provide a free estimate, John was transparent and efficient. Thank you for job well done and solving my basement flooding issue

I am absolutely delighted with the work that Pouya and his crew did fixing our drainage problem. They came quickly, assessed the situation and then proceeded to do an excellent job. They were fast, efficient, thoughtful, respectful of us and our property and were finished in a day and a half. They dug up half of our front lawn and some of our basement. When they were done the yard looked almost the same as when they started. We have a bit of work to do still in the basement, but they left it in a good way, and we know what to do to return it to its original condition. I don't wish drain problems on anyone, of course, but if you do find yourself in that situation, I unreservedly recommend Pouya and his team for the job.

We had a back flow in the floor drain and leak in the main stack around Christmas and New Year’s holiday. Totally frustrated. Luckily Mr. Rooter is a true 24/7 company. Technician showed up within an hour, fixed the back up problem and made recommendations. We live in an old house, and the pipes are due for replacement. Even though it’s expensive, but it’s worth it. The digging crew showed up on New Year’s Day and started working in -17 degree Celsius outdoor. Finished everything in less than 2 days, and clean up was superb. Overall the service was absolutely professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
