Decent spot. Pretty good customer service. Not a huge fan of the lumber yard layout. Everything else was great.

Rona in Embrun provides a solid customer experience during each and every visit. Their stock is very limited and only carry standard items. When you look at the Rona website it shows many unique and specialty items yet there are never available at the Embrun store. The employee stated they don’t stock these items and to go to the Ottawa locations - very sad! There staff are always helpful and friendly, and the store is clean and well stocked. They have an excellent lumber yard with great selections and prompt service. Prices are a little on the high side which is to be expected for a rural community.

The staff here are wonderful and always attentive to my needs. Since moving to the neighbouring town of Limoges, this RONA quickly became my preferred hardware store.
They have a large yard for lumber, stone, and other building materials. They offer delivery on their products for a few (waived over $1000).
