The service was good at the beginning but it went down hill quickly...
When I called Zion, I spoke with Hiresh, he was friendly and eager to help me with my plumbing issues in my home. I had a fairly big job and Hiresh says they are happy to do an on-site free quote for us. Hours before the on-site visit, I contacted Hiresh to reconfirm the appointment. He got back to me saying that the plumber (his brother, who is also the owner) is no longer available as he was doing another job. I was quite disappointed as I had cancel some plans to open up my schedule for the quote that never happened since they decide to cancel last minute. When I tried to reschedule with Hiresh, he stopped responding! I am giving them a two star rating because they won me over at first by offering a free quote (most plumbing companies don't do this) however, they were negligent for overbooking themselves and their customer service is unprofessional for neglecting customers.
