Hi. I would like to say how much my husband and I appreciate your company for being as quick as you could to come and fix our flood issue. You contacted me with updates as to the timing arrival of your service person. When he came, he was very polite. His name is Prabh. We were so impressed with his professionalism. We had a huge emergency plumbing situation in the middle of the night and Ahmad from Mr. Rooter plumbing came here very quickly to help us. He was extremely professional, knew exactly what had to happen and got to work. He could see the urgency required and worked extremely hard to help. He not only fixed the problem temporarily but offered the solution that he came to install a few days later. He was empathetic and even though he probably worked 24 hours straight, he was calm and very nice. Highly recommend!

I want to commend this fabulous team for all the amazing work they provided to me this past week. Today they completed a full sewer pipe replacement. From the initial call in after hours that my drain wasn't draining, to the discovery of my collapsed pipe (Devon and Jake - who were both incredibly gentle and empathetic about the situation). The install team of Scott, Ryan and James were incredible. They kept me informed all the way through, clean up was spotless, and they were on time and worked so hard. Absolutely superb at every step. I am very grateful with how fast they responded and walked me through what to expect. Would 100% recommend them to everyone.
